For example, Monday you hit the chest using various compound movements like a bench press or push-ups. The next day, you focus on the back. After that, the shoulders, then legs, and so on until you’ve hit every single muscle group during the week.

In addition to that, LaRon was extremely consistent when it comes to training. He would even fit in a workout hours before a football game. And in some days, he trained two times while hitting the same muscle groups. This level of consistency and hard work is what allowed him to reach such an impressive physique.

What Other Things Helped Him Build His Physique?

Genetics: One of the main reasons why LaRon Landry managed to build such an impressive physique was his genetics. Even if you stay consistent, train hard every day, and follow all the right methods, you wouldn’t be able to reach an impressive physique if you’ve been cursed genetically. LaRon Landry’s genetics allowed him to be physically strong and big even at a young age, all he had to do was train and stay consistent.

Performance-enhancing drugs: Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. Yes! LaRon used performance-enhancing drugs such as steroids to take his physique to the next level. And this was the main reason why he got suspended from the NFL since he simply got addicted to these enhancers and couldn’t pass the drug test. At the end of the day, you can’t reach that kind of physique without the use of steroids.

Diet: Although LaRon didn’t show much of his diet, he still was consistent with it. In one ESPN interview, he mentioned that he normally eats food that has high protein and carbs which are all the essential nutrients that muscles need in order to grow.
