Another way to put your body to the test is through a challenge called All Out Mayhem. It’s a week-long event that is usually held in the last full week of May and runs for 6 days straight. It’s pretty much the same as Hell Week except the workouts can be a little bit more intense.

And just like any other event, All Out Mayhem workouts have unique scary names that give a foretaste of what you’re about to get yourself into.

At the end of the event, there are usually prizes such as water bottles and OrangeTheory Fitness Apparel if you manage to hit certain milestones (like doing 4 out of 6 All Out Mayhem workouts during the week).

Here is everything you need to know about this event:

  • Although this is studio-dependent, but the majority of them require that you sign up beforehand either through the app (but not always) or through the front desk (preferred way) in order to be eligible to earn prizes.
  • If you want to participate in All Out Mayhem, it’s $15. You should also check with your studio since some may prefer that you pay at the front desk (and the app just notifies them that you’re interested).
  • Some studios have a limit on the number of people they allow to sign up so it’s better to be as quick as possible if you’re interested.
  • Studios will use some sort of stickers, binders, or an honor system to track your progress throughout All Out Mayhem Week.
  • All workouts during the All Out Mayhem Week are considered Mayhem workouts. Take into consideration that your membership fees and limits still apply.
  • Prizes may be given to you right after you reach the required milestone, right after the Mayhem week is done, or long after that.
